Q: What can I store in my unit?
Since all our units are climate controlled, there are so many things:
- Home Furnishings
- Computers
- Anitques
- Linens, Clothing and Furs
- Christmas Gifts
- Electronic Equipment
- Musical Instruments
Q: What cannot be stored in my unit?
Due to insurance and health regualtions you may not store the following type items:
- Living items such as animals & plants
- Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids and explosives
- Items that could decompose such as exposed foodstuffs
- Unauthorized goods such as firearms, etc.
Q: How much storage space do I need?
That really depends on the types of items you are going to store and how many.
The Guide below will give you a general idea.
- 5 x 5: 25 square feet
Ideal for:

3. Boxes of seasonal items
4. Books
5. Small furniture
- 5 x 10: 50 square feet
Ideal for:
1. Tables and chairs
2. Important documents
3. Seasonal items

- 5 x 15: 75 square feet
Ideal for:
Normal contents from a one bedroom apartment without appliances, plus boxes and small
items.
- 10 x 10: 100 square feet
Ideal for:
Normal belongings from a two bedroom apartment or small house without appliances, plus
boxes and small items.
Q: When can I access my unit?
You may access your unit dring our regular business hours of 8am to 8pm.
Q: What is the minimum time I can store for?
There is no minimum storage time, but you must rent a unit for a minimum of one month.
Q: What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid driver's license with picture is required to lease a unit.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, verifiable Checks and Cash. We offer, and recommend, utilizing our automatic monthly credit card billing. You can pay monthly, quarterly, semi annually or yearly, whichever suits you.
Q: Do I need insurance?
While insurance is not mandatory, we strongly suggest it. Insurance is the tenant's responsibility. You may carry your own insurance. Check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered. If not, apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in Self Storage insurance. Optional insurance is available at each of our storage locations.
